Attempted theft of field gates

At c. 12.30
today, two 4x4's were disturbed pulling a field
gate from its posts on Normanton Lane (Beacon
Hill), Bottesford. The gate and posts were severely
damaged. One of the vehicles was blue in colour
with the registration M943 FUM. Leicestershire
Constabulary are anxious to learn of the
whereabouts of this 4x4. Any sightings should be
reported immediately to 0116 222 2222.
