Incident in Bottesford - information wanted

Yesterday 16 April, at about 2 pm there was an altercation on the High St near the Post Office/VG store. The police are anxious to have any information - name, address etc - of a medium-height male dressed in combat trousers and jacket, probably with a red pack (or something similar).
