Theft of Street Drain covers !!!

Leicestershire Constabulary have informed NHW of 2 street drain covers having been stolen from Nottingham Road, Bottesford. Similar thefts have occurred elsewhere in the Neighbourhood, no doubt because of the high price of scrap. Residents are asked to be vigilant for missing drain covers and report each case to Leicestershire Constabulary on 0116 222 2222, as missing covers can pose a serious threat to personal and vehicular safety.

Missing Person

A lady, Tracey Taylor, is missing from her home in Croxton Kerrial. She was last seen driving a Jeep Cherokee, 4x4, reg: KU02 ZGL. The Jeep is very distinctive: jet black with blacked out windows and the reg. plate has scrolly/italic characters.

The police are most anxious to locate the lady as there are serious concerns for her welfare. If anyone sees the vehicle would they please contact the Leicestershire Constabulary IMMEDIATELY: 0116 222 2222 or 999 if necessary.
