Suspicious behaviour

Leicestershire police have informed me that at about 5.50 pm yesterday (30 July), a lady walking her dog on the old Melton railway track by Long Hedge lane at the western edge of Bottesford, encountered a white male, 20s, with brown hair, who acted in a suspicious manner.
