Police
have today informed NHW that over the last few
weeks the number of 'small-scale', opportunist
thefts in Bottesford and surrounding areas has
increased. Items stolen have included good quality
garden furniture, planters and even plants, in
addition to breaks into cars for whatever may be
hidden inside. Please take all reasonable care of
your property. As most of these crimes are thought
to be opportunist, why not consider fastening
garden furniture to the ground? Be vigilant at all
times, and PLEASE report all suspicious activity
and vehicles IMMEDIATELY to the Police on 0116 222
2222.
